Feel at Home At

The Homestead Cottage

Alongside the restaurant, we also have a 3 bedroom cottage available for short stays.
Homestead Cottage is full of country character, with beamed ceilings in the living room, and through the wooden windows you will look out onto the beauty of the North York Moors.

If you are hoping to dine in the restaurant during your stay, please note booking is advisable, we are open Wednesday – Sunday, and do close for 4 weeks each year for holidays (one week in: Feb, May, Sept, Nov)

KITCHEN

A modern space with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, kettle, and toaster. We both love to cook, so have provided you with plenty of pots, pans and tools in there – if you find we’ve forgotten anything, please let us know as we are happy to lend anything that’s needed. We also provide tea, coffee, herb teas, sugar, milk, olive oil, salt and pepper.

DINING

Within the kitchen, there is space for dining at the table. We love a sociable kitchen where you can chat, cook and eat together. We have a highchair available on request. There is also a table in the living area if you prefer to eat in there.
Of course if you don’t feel like cooking, we have our on-site restaurant, The Homestead Kitchen. A small 24 cover dining experience, giving the best examples of locally sourced ingredients cooked up into delicious meals. Open lunch and dinner, Weds – Sat, and a long lunch on Sundays. Booking is advisable.

For cosy days and nights, the living area has a big sofa, and comfy chair. Large flatscreen smart tv with access to on demand services (you will need your own log in details).
