Q. What are our opening hours?
A. Wednesday to Saturday we serve lunch and dinner, and take table bookings between 12-1.45pm and 6.30 – 8.15pm. On Sundays we just serve lunch, which is 12-3.15pm.
Q. Are we open over Christmas?
A. We will always be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and then each year the other days will vary slightly.
Q. Are we open all year round?
A. As we are a small team, we will be closing for 4 weeks each year to allow for staff holidays. We aim for these to be the same each year – first week in February, one week in early May, a week in September and a week in November.
Q. Do we sell gift vouchers?

Q. Is there parking available?
A. Yes we have a car park on site which we ask people to use as opposed to parking along the road if possible. Look for the bus shelter directly opposite the village church, our driveway is here and you go over a cattle grid and into the carpark.
Q. Are dogs allowed in the restaurant / holiday cottage?
A. Sorry, no dogs allowed (except guide dogs)
Q. Can we cater for specific dietary requests?
A. We are always happy to discuss the menu and can cater for most requirements. Please let us know in advance if possible.
Q. Are children welcome?
A. We don’t have a separate children’s menu, however we can adapt what is on the menu to be smaller/simpler if needed. Please let us know in advance if you’re booking includes children as we can best help with some prior warning.
Q. Do you take deposits?
A. At the time of booking we ask for card details as security, no money is taken at this point. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of your booking your card will be charged £20 per person.
